Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via our logistics partners. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your pin code at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days.
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link sent via email/SMS. You can also track your order by visiting our website and going to "My Orders" after logging in.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on orders across India. COD orders are subject to verification via OTP or callback. An additional COD handling charge may apply (displayed at checkout if applicable).

6. Packaging

All products are packed in food-safe packaging to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. Each order is securely packed in corrugated boxes with adequate cushioning.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after 2–3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to rearrange delivery or process a refund (minus shipping charges for prepaid orders). For COD orders, no charge is applied.
